Why does this DVD use only six words from American Sign Language? Bravo Babies ® created A World of Signs with a baby’s perspective in mind. We have created this unique tutorial as a means to gently introduce the baby to the wonders of life. The inclusion of the six basic words from the American Sign Language with the addition of music and visual art allow the baby to easily absorb the material at his/her own pace. At this early preverbal age, it is essential to have the video in a slow-paced format which creates time and space for the baby and parent to communicate and bond with each other.
